I’ve been there and solved that little worry in the back of all your minds.

What the hell is going to happen to my self care routine?

I got you !

Nothing is going to happen. I will not let you give up on continuing to do those little things that make you feel good.

Now, more than ever, we need to up our self care game. So, I’ve hacked the regular manicure and pedicure experience and whittled it down to an easy 20 minute routine.

None of the sacrifice and all of the pamper!

Don’t give up on yourself that easy girl.

  • Bar stool
  • Old Towel
  • Bathroom sink

This whole process takes 20 minutes.

1. While you wait for sink to fill with hot water remove polish

2. Pull your barstool up to your bathroom sink

3. Put your feet in and soak

3. Use callus file and callus softener as directed then follow with pumice to smooth over any skin that will snag on your sheets and annoy the hell out of you all night.

4. Put sally cuticle gel on and follow directions, then push back cuticles and brush them to begin working on them. Brushing them with the gel still on will expedite spending forever clipping the cuticle without cutting yourself.

5. Wash and dry your feet

6. Clip any dead cuticle skin off

7. Cut/File/Shape/Buff

8. Make sure nails are clean by wiping off with nail polish remover

9. Put old towel down on ledge in front of sink so that you can put your feet up high enough where you don’t have to bend down

10. Apply base coat

11. Pick your color and paint. I like Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Nail Polish because it dries faster than regular nail polish.

12. Apply top coat and you’re all done!

Tip:  If you have the extra time, you can start the soaking/ callus and cuticle removal portion in a hot bath with Epsom salt and bubbles. Then move to the barstool and sink for the remaining steps.
