Self care has always been important.
Now more than ever we need to be gentle and loving towards our bodies and minds.
Quarantine has taken away our car rides alone listening to music to and from work. It has taken away the days kids go to school and we get to finally breathe.
It has taken away whatever slivers of self care we accomplished before and made it that much harder to get self care in.
So here are 100 ways to make your quarantine feel a little less stressful and a lot more relaxing.
#1 Go for a walk barefoot and do some grounding
