How to be happier in 5-days
It may seem like common sense to say happiness starts with you. But do you actually believe this? Or are you looking for something to make you happy? Like a 5-day challenge perhaps?
The truth is happiness truly starts with a decision to make a change and ends with a commitment to being happy.
It's no secret that nearly everyone we meet has struggled with anxiety or depression at least at some point in their lives. We live in a time where so many people have anxiety, depression and it seems to be getting worse.

Sometimes we believe that it is easier to pass the time by distracting ourselves and numbing out rather than look inward for a permanent solution.

There is a numbing agent in every flavor listed but none will heal you until you decide and commit to healing yourself.
I'm not trying to bring you down or tell you that you need to stop drinking or that breaking up with your boyfriend is the only way to heal.
Hell no girl! Not my thing.
I'm just putting into words what you already know yourself.
That there are better, healthier and more sustainable tools to heal those tender spots available. I'm reminding you to keep your happiness arsenal full so that you are never empty.
Even if you have 100 tools, it isn’t enough. You need tools that work.
There are so many coaches and therapists that say to just breathe. Or to reach for a better thought, but this isn’t the full story. What you need are tools that have more substance. That walk you through the entire process, not just hand you the answer.

It will not only show you how to solve your problem. It will teach you how to become aware of it. How to accept and release it with love and without judgement. It will be universal for all your problems not just one.
